1. Welcome to our kitchen
By using Hearth & Twine (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them with a cup of tea in hand. If you do not agree, kindly refrain from using the Service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and be at least 13 years old to create an account.
3. Your recipes & content
Recipes, photos, reviews and other content you add remain yours. By sharing content publicly (for example on the Community page), you grant Hearth & Twine a non-exclusive licence to display it within the Service. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes another person's rights.
4. Meal plans & nutrition
The AI meal planner, shopping lists and nutrition figures are provided for convenience and inspiration only. They are estimates and are not medical or dietary advice. Always check ingredients for allergens and consult a professional for specific dietary needs.
5. Premium & payments
Some features may require a paid membership. Prices and inclusions are shown before purchase. Where payments are enabled, they are processed by trusted third-party providers, and any refunds are handled per the terms shown at checkout.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to break any law. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Availability & changes
We work hard to keep the Service running, but we provide it "as is" without warranties, and we may update, pause or discontinue features. We may also update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
