1. What we collect
We collect the details you give us — your name, email address, and the recipes, reviews, meal plans and shopping lists you create. We also collect basic technical data (such as device and usage information) to keep the Service running smoothly.
2. How we use it
We use your information to provide the Service: to save your recipes and planners, generate AI meal plans, send the newsletter you asked for, and improve your cozy kitchen experience. We never sell your personal data.
3. AI meal planner
When you generate a meal plan, your preferences (people, chosen meals and notes) are sent to our AI provider to create the plan. We do not include your name or email in that request, and plans are generated just for you.
4. Cookies
We use a secure, httpOnly cookie to keep you signed in. We use minimal storage for preferences such as dark mode. We do not use invasive advertising trackers.
5. Sharing
Content you choose to publish (for example a community recipe or a review) is visible to others. Aside from that, we only share data with trusted providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting and payment processing), under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.
6. Your choices
You can view and edit your profile at any time, unsubscribe from the newsletter, and request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing us. We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the Service.
7. Security
Passwords are stored hashed, connections use HTTPS, and we take reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
